With over six years of real estate experience, including 2.5 years managing residential investment properties and four years in residential sales, Kim has developed a comprehensive understanding of the property market. She has successfully maintained high occupancy rates, built strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors, and is recognised for her proactive communication and effective problem-solving skills.
